Introducing the brand to North American media as a go-to destination for rugs after an extended PR hiatus. Additionally, we were tasked with reframing a company previously known for deals and sales into an elevated, well-respected design destination for affordable, stylish rugs via a steady stream of celebrity and designer collaborations and core product outreach.​

The Approach:

We developed a strategic, targeted approach for each designer collaboration, including traditional press outreach, gifting, and loans. To continue momentum during other months, we positioned new core brand categories, product, and company news through thoughtful storytelling. We emphasized Rugs USA’s longstanding presence in the industry to leverage key team members as thought leaders and experts​.​
