THE CHALLENGE:

Establish a media presence for this boutique Rhode Island-based studio with a bespoke product line while staying true to the brand and attracting potential new clients.

 

THE APPROACH:

Over the course of four years, we executed steady, proactive press outreach around new products, initiatives, collaborations and installations, as well as supporting TGS at multiple trade shows (i.e. the International Contemporary Furniture fair, Architectural Digest Design Show) via press outreach and on-site assistance. We also recommended a shift from traditional print press materials in favor of a digital lookbook.

 

THE OUTCOME:

TGS has been featured in numerous national and regional publications and blogs including: Elle Décor, Luxe Interiors & Design, The Associated Press, House Beautiful, Home Accents Today, Traditional Home, and C Magazine. Throughout our partnership, the studio has seen a marked increase in inquiries, web traffic, and at times, direct sales in correlation with press coverage.

THE APPROACH:

Prioritized social media platforms that showcased the visual side of the brand and also exposed a general audience and potential clients to the behind-the-scenes processes of designing the studio’s products. These channels allowed us to connect with industry professionals and both existing and potential clients in real time, and showcase professional imagery and key information on products and installations.

THE CHALLENGE:

To build out organic and strategy-driven platforms, grow following and engagement steadily, and establish consistent brand messaging and aesthetic.

 

THE OUTCOME:

In just two years, TGS’s increased digital presence has resulted in a 35%+ referral rate growth, leading audiences from the brand’s social platforms directly to the TGS website. This growth has also increased project inquiries, collaboration requests, and direct sales.

On average, all platforms grew quality followers by 22% per month, increasing website traffic, sales inquiries and overall branding reach. We have taken TGS from less than 1,000 followers to over 10K and secured the swipe up function.
